La Colina Mexican Restaurant and Lounge was created to deliver over the top, well presented delicious Mexican dishes, savory cocktails and a great atmosphere to Warren, New Jersey.
Mr. Sonny and Mr. Johnny, two hard working brothers got the inspiration of a Mexican Cuisine over the years from their love of Mexican Cuisine. They wanted to create a space for others to be able to experience the Mexican culture, flavorful dishes, artistic entertainment, urban and classic authentic Mexican Cuisine.
Our Mexican Chef Eduardo Cabrera, Born in Oaxaca, Mexico is an experienced young and hungry chef who has spent many years in the kitchen doing what he loves best, cooking dishes from Oaxaca, Mexico and other urban flavors from all over Mexico.
